this return process has been really frustrating. I’m still waiting and haven’t received my refund yet

I ordered from Grown Alchemist i had a feeling the shipping might be slow once the updates started taking forever. I should’ve trusted my instinct. The product did eventually show up, but the lack of clear updates made the whole wait frustrating. I’m not sure I’d order again unless I knew shipping had improved.

I ordered from Grown Alchemist and, like, overall it was fine. The site looks nice and clean, but I did feel like I was clicking around a bit more than I expected just to find a couple of things.
The checkout did work in the end, but yeah, it felt kind of slow for me. I also had one of those moments where I was like, wait, did my order actually go through or not, so I ended up double checking everything.

I got the confirmation email afterward, so it wasn’t a big problem or anything. I just think the ordering process could be a little clearer and, you know, maybe smoother overall.

The box looked nice when it arrived, but one of the corners was crushed. The product itself was totally fine, so no real issue there, but I guess I expected it to be packed a little more securely. It just felt...

I ordered from Grown Alchemist because I thought the products looked really clean and simple, brands like this usually make everything seem super natural and easy to like.

But the smell was way too strong for me. It had this heavy herbal-perfume thing going on that just stayed on my skin forever, and scents like that always end up feeling overpowering. I kept waiting for it to calm down, but it really didn’t, and it almost gave me a headache.

I’m sure there are people who love strong fragrances because some people seem to like when skincare smells like a whole spa shelf, but it’s definitely not my thing. I wouldn’t buy it again.

I ordered this about two weeks ago and, as far as I can tell, the tracking has barely moved since. The parcel still hasn’t arrived, and support didn’t really give me a clear answer, just kind of vague updates. I’m sure it should’ve been here by now, especially since I needed it as a gift, so yeah, I’m not too happy about it.

I don’t mind waiting a bit for customer service if the issue is complicated, but in this case I waited days just to get a reply and they still didn’t actually fix the problem. Maybe they’re fine for simple questions, but for my situation, the support really wasn’t much help.

I was expecting better ingredients, honestly. This stuff just feels kind of cheap, like they cut corners and called it good...

I wanted to like this, but it felt way too greasy on me. The texture is thick, and I kept waiting for it to sink in, but it never really did. Maybe I used too much or maybe my skin just doesn’t like heavier products, but it didn’t work for me

I really wanted this to work. Tried it for a few days, nothing crazy, just added it into my usual routine. But then my skin started getting red… and itchy too. Not a good sign. Maybe it’s totally fine for other people, but for me, nope. My skin just wasn’t having it. I won’t be buying it again

I just didn’t feel like it was worth the price. For what you get, it seems way too expensive, and I was expecting a bit more value. Probly wouldn’t spend that much here again.
